Aikido of Evanston is led by Sensei Arthur Benjamin, 6th Dan, who is a steadfast proponent of Aikido with four decades of experience. Sensei Benjamin dedicates his Aikido life to the mastery and teaching of Aikido as a classic Martial Art while also emphasizing the practical self defense application inherent in Aikido.

Members

Aikido of Evanston is defined by the spirit of its members. Made up by people young and old, students and professionals, singles, couples and families, the Aikido of Evanston dojo acts as the cornerstone of the local aikido community. Besides regular training the members of Aikido of Evanston travel to seminars and camps, hold dinners and parties and generally have a good time.
